What is Rapido?
Rapido is the modern AI integration layer for the Accredo ERP. We ship a real-time customer portal, AI processes that read POs and reconcile invoices, native connectors for Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot and Snowflake, and a hosted MCP server that lets Claude or ChatGPT talk to your Accredo company file. Built in Auckland. -
Does Rapido replace Accredo?
No — Rapido sits on top of the Accredo company file your business already runs on. Same Accredo. Same QSP. New possibilities. -
Do I need to use AI to use Rapido?
No. Many customers run Rapido just for the B2B portal and the integrations, with no AI workflows enabled. The AI processes (PO2Order, invoice matching, AR collections) are opt-in modules you turn on when they fit a real workflow. -
Which Accredo editions are supported?
Both Saturn and Mercury. Rapido uses the Accredo Web Service API introduced in version 5, so any modern Accredo deployment works — on-premise, Accredo Cloud Hosting, or third-party Azure/AWS hosting.

How does the B2B Portal compare to building one ourselves?
Custom B2B portal builds on top of Accredo have historically cost $25,000–$500,000 in services. Rapido is SaaS-style: no upfront build cost, configured in days, live in weeks. You get balances, statements, invoices, and self-service ordering on your own domain. -
Can the portal embed in our existing Shopify storefront?
The portal is its own standalone app on your domain (e.g.portal.yourcompany.co.nz) — branded as you, not us. We integrate with Shopify so products, prices, inventory, and customer records stay in sync, but the portal itself is not embedded inside the storefront. -
What does PO2Order actually do?
It reads supplier PO documents (PDF, scanned, or inline-email) from a watched inbox, matches the customer and SKUs against your Accredo IC, and drops a draft order into Accredo OE awaiting one-click approval. Exceptions are flagged with a plain-English reason. Customers report going from 40 keyed POs/day to 40 approved drafts in 15 minutes. -
What integrations are live today?
Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, and Snowflake are all production today, plus the Rapido MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT, and any other MCP-speaking client. The Rapido SDK covers anything we haven't productised yet.

Where is my data hosted?
Rapido infrastructure runs on AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2). We don't move customer data to advertising or marketing tools. -
How do you handle our customer data sent to AI models?
Customer data is only sent to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI) when you explicitly enable an AI workflow that uses their model. Even then we send the minimum required for the task and never retain prompts on the model side. -
Is the SDK open source?
Yes. The Rapido SDK is open source under the Sustainable Use License — free for internal business, non-commercial, and personal use. The hosted Rapido MCP server is a separate Rapido commercial product, not under the SUL.

How the relationship works.

I already have an Accredo Partner / QSP. Does Rapido replace them?
No. We work with Accredo Partners and QSPs, never around them. They keep the customer relationship; we ship the modern portal and AI layer on top. See Partners for how the programme works. -
How long does onboarding take?
Most customers go from kick-off to live portal in weeks, not quarters. The first step is a 30-minute discovery call; we write a scope; we wire up the modules you signed off. We don't sell services hours. -
What's the engagement model?
Discovery call → written scope and quote → onboarding. SaaS-style monthly subscription, no six-figure setup fee. Engagement page has the detail; contact us for a real number against your specific Accredo setup. -
What if I want to leave Rapido?
Your data is in your Accredo company file — Rapido reads from it and writes back into it. If you cancel, we disconnect cleanly. The SDK is open source, so any custom logic you built on top of it stays yours. We'd rather be replaceable than holding your business hostage.
