Both Saturn and Mercury, on-premise or hosted. Anything running Accredo v5 or later. -
Do I need to use AI to use Rapido?
No. Many customers run Rapido just for the B2B portal and the integrations, with no AI workflows enabled. -
Where is my data hosted?
On AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2). Connected to your Accredo company file via the official Web Service API. -
