Revolutionising Accredo Integrations with Rapido

Introduction

In the world of ERP integration, it's all about speed, efficiency, and ease of use. Accredo, a widely adopted ERP system in APAC, saw a significant leap forward with the release of its Web API in version 5. Our founder Adam Holt, recognised the potential of this update and decided to explore its capabilities. And thus, Rapido was born - a platform designed to make the most of Accredo's API and transform the way businesses use their ERP system.

The Birth of Rapido

Adam Holt, intrigued by the new Accredo Web API, began experimenting with it and quickly realised the potential for creating more fluid and real-time integrations. This would allow businesses to leverage the API for improved efficiency, surpassing the limitations of older COM integrations. Additionally, the use of modern programming languages for Accredo business logic would lead to exponential improvements in the codebase.

With a vision in mind, Adam started a project to develop useful tools for Accredo businesses, such as tracking orders on-the-go and viewing out-of-stock products. This initiative gained momentum when Haydn Brush approached Adam with a challenge surrounding PDF orders.

Rapido's Growth and Recognition

As Rapido evolved into a viable product built on the new API, it caught the attention of Accredo and several large companies using the ERP system. The platform also gained recognition from cloud providers like AWS and MongoDB, being accepted into their startup accelerator programs.

Today, Rapido serves over 2,000 end users, manages more than 200,000 products, and has been responsible for millions of dollars worth of B2B trade. It transmits over 500,000 records of data updates weekly. And this is just the beginning.

Redefining the B2B Setup

In the past, setting up a B2B portal was a significant hurdle, often requiring custom development that could cost anywhere from $25,000 to $500,000. This was a substantial investment for small and medium-sized businesses, without any guarantee of success or that the project would meet their requirements.

Rapido aims to change this by eliminating upfront fees and charging like a typical SaaS product. Rapido offers to work with QSP's to offer no setup fees, making it more accessible and affordable for businesses to start using Rapido.

Scaling Up and Onboarding New Customers

Rapido is now poised for rapid expansion and plans to onboard hundreds of new customers onto its platform. The team has been diligently working on automating the rollout process and implementing state-of-the-art monitoring services to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for users.

Conclusion

Rapido is revolutionising the way businesses use Accredo. Making integrations more efficient, fluid, and cost-effective. With a bright future ahead, Rapido is set to transform the Accredo landscape and empower businesses to achieve more with their ERP system.
